Coach Alex has been Philsilat's Head coach for Tanding since 2016. A former member of the national team of pencak silat athlete, Coach Alex is one ofthe new forces behind Philsilat's pheonomenal rise. Alex is likewise a Class I International Wasit/Jury

Coach Boyet, as he is fondly called by his athletes and peers is a be medalled Pesilat when he was still playing for the national team. Coach Boyet has won gold in Paris Open and in the SEA Games. Coach Boyet is a Class III International Wasit /Jury who has served in major international tournaments. He is likewise a police officer by profession.

Coach Nards is a multi-medalled athlete when she was still part of the national team. She started her career as a Pesilat when se was still in her beloved province of Capiz. Coach Nards enjoys teaching young kids all the techniques and skills a young pesilat would need to master his pencak silat . She is a disciplinarian coach when it comes to training however, she knows how to have a fun time with them from time to time. Coach Nards has won several international medals .
